MotoGP News: Pramac Ducati racer Jorge Martin has prepared a special strategy in his mission to win his first world title in MotoGP 2024 this time. In the closing series at the Barcelona GP, Martin will prevent Francesco Bagnaia from leading the race.
With one series remaining in the 2024 season, Jorge Martin actually has the upper hand with a 24 point advantage in the standings. Even though he is far ahead, Martin is reluctant to get too big and is aware that anything can still happen. To prevent Bagnaia from ruining his dreams, Martin prepared a special strategy so he could race smoothly at the Catalunya Circuit. He hopes to execute this strategy well and bring home the world title from there. The task is not easy, but Martin will bring his best to this great mission.
“You have to be fresh and calm, if you go out on the track without thinking about what might happen, you risk making a mistake. The strategy is clear, I am also very confident in the choice of front tire even though only a few of us use medium tires,” said Martin when interviewed by local media.
“It’s not a risky choice because we’ve tried it, but I’m a little worried. The strategy is clear to be at the front, but I know Pecco has to take risks and he can’t leave me two laps ahead,” he said once again.
