Dani Olmo trains separately ahead at Barcelona ahead of Real Mallorca trip

Dani Olmo trained individually on Sunday in Barcelona after being omitted from Hansi Flick’s squad for the loss to Las Palmas.

Flick mentioned after the game that Olmo was experiencing some discomfort, and the decision was made not to risk him at Montjuic.

As reported by Mundo Deportivo, Olmo’s absence from team training on Sunday casts doubt on his availability for the upcoming match.

Flick will likely want to have Olmo back, given the forward’s strong form, with five goals in seven La Liga games since his return in the summer.

Flick’s team will head to Mallorca in need of a win, having failed to secure a victory in their last three league matches.

Meanwhile, Mallorca, currently sitting in fifth place, prepared for Barcelona’s visit with a 2-1 win over Valencia on Friday.
