Trent Alexander-Arnold Reveals Mo Salah Has a “Dangerous” Secret Video of Him
Trent Alexander-Arnold has shared that his Liverpool teammate Mohamed Salah holds a video of him that he desperately hopes will never be made public.
The pair have developed a strong bond both on and off the field since Salah joined Liverpool from Roma in 2017. Their partnership has been instrumental in the club’s success, with the duo helping Liverpool secure major titles such as the Premier League and Champions League.
With both players in top form this season, Liverpool is positioned at the top of both the Premier League and Champions League standings, while also remaining contenders in the FA Cup and Carabao Cup.
However, the future of both Alexander-Arnold and Salah is uncertain, as their contracts are set to expire at the end of the season. Ongoing talks for new deals have raised concerns, especially as Virgil van Dijk’s contract situation also looms large, with all three potentially leaving on free transfers if agreements aren’t reached.
When asked to choose between his bond with Salah or teammate Dominik Szoboszlai, Alexander-Arnold told Stadium Astro, “I’d say Mo, if I’m honest. Definitely Mo. We’ve known each other so long and have built such a strong connection, especially on the pitch. We just click, and we never moan at each other.”
Alexander-Arnold also revealed that Salah often invites him to his home for tea, though he jokes that he never does any cooking. During one such visit, however, Salah captured an embarrassing moment on video.
“The last time I went over, I was terrified because he has cats, and I’m not a fan of them,” Alexander-Arnold admitted. “He has this video of me screaming because one of his cats jumped up near me. I’m shouting, ‘Mo, help, help!’ I’ve made it clear that this video must never come out.”
While the video remains hidden, the futures of both Alexander-Arnold and Salah remain in limbo. Alexander-Arnold has been linked with a move to Real Madrid, and Salah could potentially join the Saudi Pro League or PSG if his contract situation isn’t resolved. The uncertainty surrounding their contracts has left fans worried about the prospect of both leaving Anfield.
Despite these contract talks, Liverpool continues to perform well, currently four points clear of Chelsea at the Premier League summit with a game in hand. The team remains focused on their pursuit of more trophies, with their next match on Boxing Day against Leicester City at Anfield.
