Pep Guardiola, who previously coached Kimmich at Bayern, is particularly keen to reunite with him and bolster City’s midfield.
Given their successful working relationship and Kimmich’s desire to challenge himself in the Premier League, a move to Manchester City seems likely. Sources suggest that Guardiola has already given the green light for talks to begin with Kimmich’s representatives.
