Vinicius could be suspended for up to 12 games for ‘aggression’

Real Madrid’s 2-1 comeback victory over Valencia was marred by a controversial incident involving star player Vinicius Jr.

The Brazilian winger was red-carded after slapping goalkeeper Dimitrievski in the face, leading to an intense response from the player.

Vinicius Jr. tried to approach the referee after his dismissal but was held back by his teammates.

Under Article 104 of the RFEF Disciplinary Code, his actions could lead to a lengthy suspension, potentially lasting between 4 and 12 matches.

If he receives the maximum penalty, Vinicius Jr. could be sidelined for a significant portion of the season.
