Dani Olmo has reportedly received his first offer as Barcelona faces the possibility of losing him to a European rival, with interest from AC Milan, Arsenal, and Manchester City.
After joining Barcelona from RB Leipzig in the summer, the 2024 European champion has had a strong start, scoring five goals in 11 La Liga appearances.
However, his future at Camp Nou is uncertain, as the club has been unable to register him for the second half of the season due to registration issues. Olmo missed Barcelona’s first match after the winter break and last played in a 2-1 loss to Atletico Madrid on December 21.
According to Football Espana, Barcelona could lose Olmo this month, with AC Milan reportedly keen to secure him on a six-month deal until the end of the 2024-25 season. The Italian side is said to be prepared to match his current wages at Barcelona.
In addition to Milan, Premier League clubs Manchester City and Arsenal are also said to be interested in a potential move.
Despite signing a long-term contract last summer, Olmo may have to spend a brief period away from Barcelona while the club resolves its registration issues.
A move to Italy or England would be a new experience for the 26-year-old, who has never played in either country.
