Manchester City is preparing a €100 million offer to sign Barcelona winger Raphinha, according to Todofichajes.
Arsenal and Chelsea are also reportedly monitoring the 28-year-old, but City’s substantial bid could deter other potential suitors.
Raphinha has been in strong form this season, netting 22 goals and providing 11 assists in 30 appearances for Barcelona.
