Fabrizio Romano Reveals Status of Alexander-Arnold and Kimmich Cases

Famous journalist Fabrizio Romano recently shared updates on the potential moves of two key players, Alexander-Arnold and Joshua Kimmich, in the latest transfer rumors.

Joshua Kimmich to Stay at Bayern Munich

Joshua Kimmich’s contract with Bayern Munich expires in June, and his future has been a hot topic of speculation. While there were recent rumors linking him to Paris Saint-Germain, it now appears that he will remain with Bayern Munich. According to reports, Kimmich has had no recent contact with PSG, and from the start, his priority was to reach an agreement with Bayern.

BILD has confirmed that Bayern’s initial offer for Kimmich had expired, but the club has since reopened negotiations and met the player’s demands. This follows a similar situation with Alphonso Davies, who also secured a new contract after prolonged talks. Bayern Munich is keen to retain its star players, and Kimmich is no exception.

Real Madrid’s Focus on Alexander-Arnold

As for Real Madrid, they have ruled out signing Kimmich and are instead focused on strengthening their right flank with Trent Alexander-Arnold. According to Fabrizio Romano, Alexander-Arnold remains Real Madrid’s top target for the upcoming season. The English full-back’s contract with Liverpool is nearing its end, and although he has yet to sign a renewal, Real Madrid is preparing for a potential move.

Florentino Pérez and the Real Madrid board are committed to bringing the player to the Spanish capital, with plans in place for the transfer to move forward once the timing is right. Both Alexander-Arnold and the club are expected to take the necessary steps when the time comes to finalize the deal.
