Three days ago, during Barcelona’s training session, new coach Hansi Flick showcased his renowned leadership and man-management skills, which have already positively impacted players like Raphinha and Pedri.
Raphinha shared a revealing moment involving young player Vitor Roque, who was overwhelmed by rumors and pressure about his future. Struggling during practice and repeatedly making mistakes, Vitor eventually broke down in tears.
Unable to communicate directly, Flick asked Raphinha to translate. The coach gently asked Vitor if he wanted to step away from training, and upon his agreement, told him to rest.
Later, Flick gathered the team, not to scold them, but to remind them of the importance of unity and support. He emphasized that success could only come if the entire squad looked out for one another and stayed united.
