Liverpool is reportedly keeping an eye on Bayer Leverkusen’s right-back, Jeremie Frimpong, as a potential replacement for Trent Alexander-Arnold, who is set to leave the club.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Frimpong’s €40m release clause is active this summer, with the total package amounting to €35-40 million.
Frimpong, whose contract with Leverkusen runs until June 2028, joined the Bundesliga club from Celtic in 2023 for €11 million.
