Meanwhile, Liverpool and Real Madrid are negotiating a potential deal for Trent Alexander-Arnold, whose contract with Liverpool ends on June 30. Real Madrid wants to finalize the transfer before the Club World Cup, which kicks off on June 15. Financial sources expect the deal to be worth around £1 million.
Alexander-Arnold, who debuted for Liverpool’s first team in 2016, has confirmed he will leave the club this summer.
