Bruno Fernandes has intensified speculation around a potential transfer for Viktor Gyokeres by hinting at a move via social media, coinciding with reports that Manchester United are set to challenge Arsenal for the Sporting CP star.
With Manchester United seeking attacking reinforcements due to inconsistent performances from Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee, the club has turned its attention to Gyokeres — who has been in outstanding form, scoring 96 goals over two seasons and helping Sporting secure back-to-back Portuguese league titles.
