In a surprising development, 22-year-old defender Jarell Quansah is leaving Liverpool FC to join Aston Villa on loan until June 2026. The transfer, finalized on May 19, 2025, was shared via social media and comes after a week of negotiations. Quansah, a Liverpool academy graduate since the age of five, quickly completed his medical and is expected to be officially announced by Villa soon. The deal does not include a purchase option.
