Liverpool have named their price for Colombian winger Luis Díaz amid growing interest from Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr, who are reportedly ready to make a formal bid.
Díaz played a key role in Liverpool’s title-winning campaign, netting 13 goals and providing five assists in 36 Premier League matches. His most recent contribution came in the 2–2 draw against Arsenal at Anfield on May 11, where Cody Gakpo also scored.
Since his arrival from Porto in 2022, Díaz has made 148 appearances for the Reds, but new manager Arne Slot may be preparing to lose the 27-year-old as transfer talks intensify.
**Interest from Al Nassr and Barcelona**
According to talkSPORT’s Ben Jacobs, Al Nassr have identified Díaz as a top target and have already secured central funding to support a bid. The Colombian attacker is expected to command a fee of over €85 million (£71.6 million), though a departure is far from certain. Barcelona are also monitoring his situation closely.
**Wirtz Arrival Could Pave the Way for Díaz Exit**
Former Manchester United scout Mick Brown told *Football Insider* that Liverpool might be open to selling Díaz if Bayer Leverkusen star Florian Wirtz joins the club. Wirtz, who registered 10 goals and 12 assists in 31 Bundesliga matches this season, would offer significant creativity and firepower, though he may not be a like-for-like replacement for Díaz, who plays primarily as a winger.
**Anthony Gordon Lined Up as Potential Díaz Successor**
In addition, Liverpool are reportedly exploring a move for Newcastle United’s Anthony Gordon. The former Everton player has had a solid season, with nine goals and six assists in 42 appearances. While Gordon missed the Carabao Cup final against Liverpool due to suspension, he played a role in Newcastle’s cup run, scoring twice and assisting once in six games.
If Díaz does leave Anfield this summer, Gordon could be seen as a suitable successor on the wing, bringing Premier League experience and attacking flair to Arne Slot’s evolving squad.
