Liverpool Reportedly Open to Selling Diogo Jota This Summer

According to TBR Football, Liverpool are willing to part ways with Diogo Jota during the upcoming summer transfer window.

The Portuguese forward hasn’t been at his peak this past season, and due to his recurring injury issues, the club may see him as expendable. While Jota has proven his worth since his arrival from Wolves—earning praise from former manager Jürgen Klopp who once described him as the “complete package”—his struggles with fitness have hindered his consistency.

Liverpool are looking to refresh their attack and could benefit from replacing Jota with a younger, more reliable forward who can contribute more consistently across the season.

Though Jota has been a versatile player, able to play across the front line, his return of nine goals and four assists in all competitions this season has fallen short of expectations. With ambitions to compete for top honors, Liverpool might look to bring in someone more dynamic to fill his role.

It remains to be seen how this situation unfolds and whether the Reds can find a suitable replacement during the transfer window
