Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone has acknowledged that Liverpool are among the clubs interested in signing Julian Alvarez this summer.
Addressing the increasing speculation, Simeone admitted that several top teams have shown interest in the forward, but emphasized that Alvarez “belongs to us.”
Darwin Nunez’s potential exit — after struggling for consistency since his move from Benfica — could create an opportunity for Liverpool to bring in a high-profile replacement.
