Barcelona Inquire About Antonio Nusa – RB Leipzig Declare Winger

Barcelona Inquire About Antonio Nusa – RB Leipzig Declare Winger Not for SaleAccording to information from journalist Krrish, FC Barcelona have made a recent approach to RB Leipzig regarding the potential signing of Antonio Nusa, but the response from the German club was immediate and unequivocal — the Norwegian winger is not available for transfer.

Barcelona’s sporting director, Deco, is known to be a strong admirer of Nusa’s talent, and internal scouting reports from within the club are said to be highly positive.

However, despite Barcelona’s interest and initial outreach, Leipzig have made it clear that Nusa is considered untouchable.

The Bundesliga side only secured the 20-year-old’s signature from Club Brugge last year, in a deal reportedly worth €30 million, and they view him as a critical part of their long-term project.

With a contract that runs until 2029, Leipzig are under no pressure to sell and would reportedly only entertain offers well in excess of €100 million — a figure that is well beyond Barcelona’s current financial capabilities.

While other major European clubs — including Bayern Munich and several top Premier League teams — are believed to be tracking Nusa’s progress, there are currently no indications that Leipzig are willing to enter negotiations.

Barring an unexpected turn of events or an extraordinary bid, Antonio Nusa is expected to remain at Leipzig for the upcoming season.

This situation highlights the growing competition for elite young talent across Europe, as well as the financial limitations that Barcelona must navigate as they attempt to rebuild their squad under Hansi Flick.

For now, Nusa remains out of reach, despite the Catalan club’s admiration and ambition.
