Report: West Ham Eye Double Liverpool Raid for Harvey Elliott and Tyler Morton

West Ham United are reportedly preparing a bold double move for Liverpool duo Harvey Elliott and Tyler Morton, according to La Gazzetta Dello Sport via West Ham Zone.

Following a disappointing 2024/25 season, West Ham have appointed Graham Potter as manager and are aiming to rejuvenate their squad — particularly in midfield. Potter is focused on injecting youth into an aging side, and sees Elliott and Morton, both 22, as ideal targets.

Both players have struggled for regular minutes at Liverpool and could fall further down the pecking order with new signings incoming. While Liverpool are reluctant to lose Elliott, who has become an important squad player, they are open to offers. The Reds reportedly want £40 million with a buy-back clause, or £50 million for a straight sale.

Elliott is seen as a potential long-term replacement for Mohammed Kudus, whose future at West Ham is uncertain amid interest from Tottenham Hotspur.

As for Morton, he has yet to establish himself at the top level and could benefit from a move where first-team opportunities are more available. West Ham believe they can offer the platform he needs to kick-start his senior career.
