Barcelona have completed the signing of 19-year-old Swedish winger Roony Bardghji from Copenhagen in a deal worth just over €2 million. The highly-rated youngster has signed a contract valid until June 2029, with the official announcement expected in the coming days.
A lifelong Barcelona supporter, Bardghji chose the Catalan giants despite interest from other European clubs. He will initially be registered with Barça Atlètic but is expected to train with the first team and could earn opportunities under Hansi Flick if he impresses.
Bardghji’s technical quality, dribbling ability, and goal threat made him a standout in the Danish Superliga, and Barça see the signing as a bargain acquisition with significant long-term potential.
