Atletico Madrid and Chelsea have officially opened negotiations for the transfer of 21-year-old Portuguese talent Renato Veiga, per Fabrizio Romano. Veiga has already agreed personal terms with Atletico and is eager to play under Diego Simeone in La Liga.
