Declan Rice has launched Dogtopia, a 15-hectare, $5 million rehabilitation sanctuary for abused, abandoned, and traumatized dogs near London. Designed as more than a shelter, it offers aquatic therapy, 24/7 veterinary care, behavioral therapy, and comfort spaces to help dogs heal physically and emotionally.
“For me, dogs aren’t just pets — they’re family,” Rice said, aiming to inspire cultural change and public education on animal welfare.
Set to open publicly in early 2026, Dogtopia has drawn interest from fellow Premier League stars and animal rights groups, signaling a potential wave of athlete-led welfare initiatives.
