Many fans expected **Alexander Isak** to be the next big signing, but former Manchester United star **Paul Scholes** thinks **Marc Guehi** from **Crystal Palace** would be a better fit.
Scholes believes Guehi is the “perfect” choice to strengthen Liverpool’s defence, especially after losing key defenders. He pointed out that Guehi has Premier League experience, leadership skills, and could be worth the £50 million Liverpool might need to spend.
Guehi, who came through Chelsea’s academy and later joined Palace, has become a top defender and even captained the club. He has played over 150 games and earned 23 caps for England.
Scholes says Guehi is ready to play for a top club like Liverpool — now it’s up to them to make the move.
