Arsenal Set to Make Key Changes Ahead of Nottingham Forest Clash

Arsenal are preparing for their upcoming match against Nottingham Forest, and Mikel Arteta is expected to adjust his line-up following the recent game against Liverpool. With a European trip also on the horizon, squad rotation could play a role, particularly if the match allows for early substitutions.

Some of the changes are a result of injuries. William Saliba was forced off against Liverpool, and although there is no official update yet, reports from France suggest he may be sidelined for two to three weeks. In his absence, Cristhian Mosquera, who impressed when called upon, is likely to start again.

In midfield, Martin Odegaard makes his return to the starting XI, replacing Mikel Merino. The Norwegian comes back in strong form after an impressive international break performance with his national team.

Further forward, Eberechi Eze is expected to make his first Arsenal start on the left wing, taking the place of Gabriel Martinelli. The rest of the line-up remains unchanged, though Arteta has strong options on the bench should he wish to make early tactical adjustments.

Predicted Arsenal XI vs Nottingham Forest: Raya; Timber, Mosquera, Gabriel, Calafiori; Zubimendi, Rice, Odegaard; Madueke, Eze, Gyokeres.
