Former Manchester United captain and pundit Gary Neville believes Harry Kane could be the ideal solution to Chelsea’s attacking problems.
Speaking about Kane’s potential impact at Stamford Bridge, Neville highlighted Chelsea’s lack of a true focal point in attack:
“Chelsea are the club that I can see him having the biggest impact in and shooting most.
I think at Chelsea, if you look at the team at the moment and you think what’s missing, they have got a lack of prominence up front. They’ve got a lot of energy and enthusiasm and potential around it with Palmer and all the rest of them.”
Neville argued that Kane’s proven goalscoring ability, leadership, and experience would make him the perfect addition to Enzo Maresca’s youthful squad.
However, he also raised the question of whether Kane could realistically move to Chelsea, given the club’s fierce rivalry with Tottenham, where the England captain spent most of his career before joining Bayern Munich.
