“Liverpool would pursue Isak if he became available, but I’m not getting that impression right now. From what I hear, the club also sees it as a very tough deal to pull off.”
Isak, who scored 27 goals in 42 games for Newcastle and played a vital role in securing their Champions League spot—including a key goal against Liverpool in the Carabao Cup final—is seen as a perfect fit for the Reds’ attacking needs.
