Manchester United Offered Three Juventus Players in Swap Deal for Jadon Sancho
Manchester United could be nearing a resolution to the Jadon Sancho saga, as fresh reports claim Juventus have tabled a swap deal involving three of their own players in exchange for the English winger.
Sancho has been frozen out of the first-team picture following a public rift with ex-manager Erik ten Hag. With no sign from current coach Ruben Amorim that he’ll be welcomed back, Sancho’s exit seems increasingly likely this summer.
According to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, Juventus have formally proposed an exchange deal that would see three players move to Old Trafford in return for Sancho. It’s unclear if all three would be part of one package or if United can choose among them, but the proposal signals Juventus’ serious interest.

- Douglas Luiz: The Brazilian midfielder, once a Premier League standout with Aston Villa, joined Juventus from Manchester City but hasn’t made a strong impact in Turin. Juventus are open to moving him on, and a return to England could appeal to both player and club.
- Dusan Vlahovic: The Serbian striker is also reportedly included. Vlahovic has been available on the market as Juventus seek to revamp their frontline. Last season, he scored 17 goals in 44 appearances, and overall has 58 goals for the club since 2022. United may see him as a major upgrade up front.
- Timothy Weah: The versatile American international, who can play both as a right-back and a winger, is another name on the table. Known for his pace and work ethic, Weah could offer Manchester United depth and flexibility on the right flank.

While Juventus have confirmed that all three players are available, the structure of the deal remains uncertain. It’s not yet known if this is a strict three-for-one proposal or if United would be allowed to negotiate player-by-player.
This discussion reportedly began in early transfer talks surrounding Sancho, indicating that things are still in the early stages. Juventus are said to be highly motivated to sign Sancho, and the transfer fee likely won’t be an obstacle.
However, Sancho’s £250,000-per-week wages are a major stumbling block. Juventus are reluctant to take on his full salary, meaning some compromise will be required—either from the player or Manchester United.
