Manchester United have now taken the lead in the race to sign RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko, according to Ben Jacobs. While Newcastle are still in ongoing talks, there’s growing belief within the Magpies’ camp that the Slovenian forward is headed to Old Trafford.
Leipzig’s €75 million plus add-ons demand doesn’t seem to be deterring United, who are reportedly exploring ways to raise the necessary funds to complete the deal.
