**Leoni**, 18, is a rising Serie A star known for his composure and ball-playing skills. Parma want €30m plus €5m bonuses, and the player has reportedly already agreed to join Liverpool.
Liverpool want **both**, not just one. Guehi would slot into the first team immediately, while Leoni would develop under **Arne Slot** for the future. Guehi counts as homegrown, and Leoni wouldn’t affect foreign-player limits.
