Despite these rumors, Chelsea is determined to keep Palmer, seeing him as one of their most important players and one of the best creative talents in world football. Palmer is reportedly happy at Chelsea and envisions a long-term future at Stamford Bridge, making any potential transfer unlikely for now.
As for Manchester United, financial constraints and Chelsea’s firm stance on not selling Palmer make a move highly improbable.
