Chelsea’s latest wage structure has been revealed, with Raheem Sterling leading the list by a wide margin. The winger, who is under contract until 2027, earns an impressive €19.6 million per year, making him the club’s highest-paid player.
Behind him is club captain Reece James, who takes home €15.1 million annually, followed by defender Wesley Fofana on €12.1 million. Midfield stars Enzo Fernández (€10.9 million) and Marc Cucurella (€10.6 million) complete the top five.
Summer recruit Neto earns €9.6 million, while Moises Caicedo is just behind with €9 million, reflecting Chelsea’s continued heavy investment in midfield. Joao Pedro and Cole Palmer are level on €7.8 million, and teenage defender Jorrel Hato sits close by with €7.2 million.
Further down the rankings, Mykhailo Mudryk—currently suspended—receives €6 million, the same figure as new arrival Liam Delap and homegrown defender Levi Colwill. Benoît Badiashile earns slightly less with €5.4 million.
Promising youngster Samy Essugo is on €5.1 million, placing him ahead of Alejandro Garnacho, whose surprising position at 18th on €4.5 million per year contrasts with the high expectations surrounding his move to Stamford Bridge.
At the bottom of the list, goalkeeper Robert Sánchez collects €3.6 million, while Andreas Jorgensen rounds things off with €3 million annually.
