Liverpool battled their way to another win against Burnley, but it was a mixed night for individual performances. Ryan Gravenberch emerged as the standout, while Milos Kerkez endured a nightmare outing, lasting less than 40 minutes.

The Dutchman was Liverpool’s most impressive player. Constantly demanding the ball, he carried it forward with confidence and flair. His technical ability was on full display, highlighted by a cheeky flick over Lyle Foster. A complete and commanding midfield performance.
Dominik Szoboszlai – 7
Started at right-back before Slot pushed him into midfield after half-time. Looked comfortable in both roles, linked play well, and even forced Burnley’s goalkeeper into a save with a powerful long-range strike.
Virgil van Dijk – 8
Nearly cost Liverpool early on with a shaky moment, but quickly settled. Dominated aerial battles and organised the defence with authority. A reliable presence after that initial lapse.
Alisson – 7
Had a relatively quiet game thanks to Liverpool’s control, but remained calm whenever Burnley posed a threat. Solid as always between the posts.
Andy Robertson – 7
Came off the bench and instantly injected energy. His surging runs into the box added an extra dimension to Liverpool’s left flank.

Given a late cameo. Couldn’t replicate his heroics from the Newcastle game but was present when Salah buried the decisive penalty.
