Liverpool have made a massive breakthrough in their pursuit of Bradley Barcola, with the Reds reaching an agreement in principle with Paris Saint-Germain for the French winger. 👀🔥
After weeks of negotiations and PSG initially demanding around £145 million, Liverpool have managed to bring the deal down to a package worth approximately £120 million. The structure is understood to include just over £100 million guaranteed, with performance-related add-ons taking the final figure higher.
And the player’s position has been crucial.
Barcola has been Liverpool’s priority attacking target throughout the summer, and reports indicate that the 23-year-old is keen on the move to Anfield. He has also informed PSG that he does not intend to extend his current contract, which has two years remaining. 🔴✈️
Now the finish line is getting closer. 😱
Barcola joined PSG from Lyon in 2023 and has developed into one of France’s most exciting attacking players. During his time in Paris, he has made 152 appearances, scoring 39 goals and providing 37 assists, while also playing a role in PSG’s success in domestic and European competition.
Liverpool desperately wanted another explosive attacking option following the departure of Mohamed Salah, and Barcola could provide exactly that. ⚡🔥
His pace.
His dribbling.
His movement.
His ability to beat defenders.
His versatility across the frontline.
Now imagine him linking up with Alexander Isak and Florian Wirtz. 🤯
Liverpool’s attacking department could suddenly become one of the most dangerous in Europe.
But there is still one important step.
The agreement is not yet the same as a completed transfer. The final details still need to be settled before Barcola can officially become a Liverpool player, with the transfer expected to be completed before the window closes.
Nevertheless, this is a huge statement from Liverpool and new manager Andoni Iraola.

Liverpool aren’t simply adding another player.
They are building a completely new attack. 😮💨🔥
With Barcola potentially joining Isak, Wirtz and the rest of Liverpool’s attacking stars, the question is no longer whether the Reds can score goals.
The question is…
WHO IS GOING TO STOP THEM? 😱🔴🔥
