Joshua Zirkzee could be edging closer to the Manchester United exit door as Fiorentina’s official proposal is now reportedly being assessed by both Old Trafford chiefs and the player’s camp! 🚨⏳
And this is no longer just speculation.
The Italian club have made their move, negotiations are underway, and the next major decision could come directly from Zirkzee himself. 👀
According to the latest reports, Fiorentina’s proposal would see Manchester United receive a €5 million loan fee, while the Serie A side would cover the Dutch striker’s salary. Crucially, the deal also includes an option to buy, potentially opening the door for a permanent departure in the future.
🟣 Fiorentina Have Made Their Move
Fiorentina are pushing hard to bring Zirkzee back to Serie A, where he previously enjoyed one of the strongest periods of his career with Bologna.
That familiarity with Italian football could prove decisive.
The 25-year-old knows the league.
He knows the style.
And Serie A arguably offers the kind of tactical environment where his ability to link play, drop deep and combine with teammates can flourish.
Manchester United signed Zirkzee after his impressive spell in Italy, but life at Old Trafford has not gone exactly as planned. Now, a return to familiar territory could offer him the perfect opportunity to restart his career.
🔴 United Have a BIG Decision to Make
From Manchester United’s perspective, the structure of Fiorentina’s proposal makes the situation extremely interesting.
€5 million immediately. 💰
Salary covered. 💵
And an option to buy included. ✅
For United, this would remove a significant wage commitment while creating flexibility in the squad.
But there is one major complication…
Who replaces him? 🤔
If Zirkzee leaves, United could suddenly find themselves lighter in the attacking department. That is why reports linking the club with Freiburg striker Igor Matanović and other potential forward options are beginning to attract even more attention.
Could Zirkzee’s departure trigger another late transfer move at Old Trafford? 👀🔥
🇳🇱 The FINAL Decision Is Approaching
The biggest development is that Zirkzee himself is expected to make a decision on his future soon.
And this could be the defining moment.
Does he stay at Manchester United and fight for his place?
Or does he accept that a return to Serie A could provide the fresh start his career desperately needs?
There is no denying that competition for places at Old Trafford is becoming increasingly fierce.
For any player, regular football is crucial.
And for Zirkzee, sitting on the bench during a vital stage of his career may not be the ideal scenario.
Fiorentina, meanwhile, appear ready to give him a major role.
😬 Transfer Domino Effect Incoming?
This is exactly the type of transfer situation that can create chaos before the deadline.
Zirkzee says YES. ✅
Manchester United accept the offer. 🤝
A striker leaves Old Trafford. 👋
And suddenly, United could be forced into the market for a replacement! 🚨
The proposed move is now firmly in motion, but it is important to remember that no final agreement has been announced yet. Fiorentina’s bid is being assessed, and the player’s decision remains crucial.
One thing is certain…
Joshua Zirkzee’s Manchester United future could be decided VERY soon. 🔜🤯
Fiorentina have put the money on the table.
The salary package is prepared.
The buy option is included.
Now all eyes turn to Old Trafford and, most importantly…
