Barcelona have suddenly found themselves at the centre of the JJ Gabriel transfer storm! 👀🔥 The Manchester United wonderkid has reportedly arrived in Barcelona alongside his representatives to hold talks over a potential move to the Catalan giants.
The 15-year-old shocked Manchester United earlier this week by formally requesting to have his registration cancelled, despite the club reportedly wanting him to remain at Old Trafford. United have rejected that request and are still hoping to convince the highly-rated youngster to stay.
But now the situation has taken another dramatic twist… 😳✈️
Gabriel’s representatives are in Barcelona discussing his future, with the teenager attracting serious interest from some of Europe’s biggest clubs. Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain are all monitoring the situation, while Chelsea are also reportedly interested domestically.
And Barça’s interest isn’t exactly new. Reports indicate the club have followed Gabriel for some time, with the youngster having previously visited Barcelona’s facilities and met Lamine Yamal. 🔵🔴⭐
The timing is also crucial. Gabriel turns 16 on October 6, and reports say his Irish nationality could potentially open the door to a move to an EU club, although any transfer would remain subject to FIFA regulations and approval.
🔥 Even more intriguing, Gabriel recently announced himself in spectacular fashion by scoring a hat-trick on his UEFA Youth League debut against Sabah, highlighting exactly why so many European giants are circling. He scored 26 goals in 29 games last season and has already trained with United’s first team.
Now the question is getting louder:
Could JJ Gabriel be the next English wonderkid to light up Barcelona? 👀🔵🔴
From Carrington to Catalonia… this transfer saga is getting JUICY! 🍿🔥
