19 SAVES. 31 RECOVERIES. JUST 1 GOAL CONCEDED. 2 CLEAN SHEETS. 🧱🇧🇪
Senne Lammens is quietly building a reputation as one of the most exciting young goalkeepers around, and these Nations League numbers are absolutely ridiculous! 👀🔥
Across 3 Nations League games, Lammens has produced:
🧤 19 saves
🔄 31 recoveries
🚫 Only 1 goal conceded
🧱 2 clean sheets
That is an incredible return for a goalkeeper who is still developing and gaining experience at the highest level. 😮💨
🔴 NOW IMAGINE HIM BEHIND A TOP DEFENCE…
This is where things get really interesting.
If a goalkeeper is making this many saves and still conceding only once, imagine what could happen if he had a properly organised, reliable defence protecting him every single week. 😭🔥
Instead of constantly being exposed to dangerous situations, Lammens could potentially spend more time controlling his box, starting attacks and commanding his defence.
And that is what makes his potential so exciting. 👀
🧤 A MODERN GOALKEEPER
Lammens isn’t simply about stopping shots.
Modern goalkeepers are expected to be much more than traditional shot-stoppers. They need to be comfortable with the ball, communicate with defenders, claim crosses, recover quickly and remain composed when opponents press high.
The more experience Lammens gets, the more complete his game can become. 📈🔥
And if he continues developing at this rate, his ceiling could be extremely high.
😳 ONE GOAL IN THREE GAMES…
Think about that again.
Three Nations League appearances.
Nineteen saves.
Only one goal conceded.
Two clean sheets.
That’s the kind of form that makes clubs start paying attention. 👀🔎
A goalkeeper can only do so much on his own, but Lammens appears to be showing that when called upon, he can keep his team alive.
Now give him a defence that doesn’t constantly leave him exposed…
Give him defenders who communicate.
Give him protection in front of the box.
Give him a team that controls possession.
Give him time to develop.
And who knows how far this kid can go? 🚀🧤🔥
The potential is clearly there.
Senne Lammens. Remember the name. 🇧🇪🧤🔴
