Manchester United fans are calling for Matheus Cunha to start against Chelsea on Saturday, and honestly, there are reasons to believe the Brazilian could make a serious impact at Stamford Bridge! 🔴💥
Cunha is the kind of attacker who can turn a game around with one moment of brilliance. His dribbling, aggression, close control and ability to create something out of nothing make him a dangerous player when given the freedom to attack defenders. 🇧🇷🔥
And guess what? Chelsea are already familiar with the damage Cunha can cause! 😳💣
The Brazilian has scored five Premier League goals in seven appearances against Chelsea, including a sensational hat-trick for Wolves in February 2024. That record gives United supporters another reason to believe he could trouble the Blues again. 👀⚽ StatMuse +1
With Manchester United preparing to travel to Stamford Bridge on Saturday, October 31, the big question is whether Michael Carrick will give Cunha a starting place in the attack. The predicted lineup has him operating in an attacking role alongside Bruno Fernandes and Bryan Mbeumo, although the official team selection is yet to be confirmed. 🔴👹 RotoWire +1
After United’s disappointing 3–0 defeat to Bournemouth, the pressure is on the team to respond, and a strong attacking performance could be exactly what the supporters need. Cunha’s ability to carry the ball forward, take on defenders and find shooting opportunities could be crucial. 💪🔥
Imagine Cunha receiving the ball, driving into the box, beating his marker and smashing it into the back of the net! Stamford Bridge could go silent in seconds! 😭🔥
Of course, scoring is never guaranteed, but if Carrick starts him and gives him the right service, Cunha has the quality and history against Chelsea to make things uncomfortable for the hosts.
My prediction? START CUNHA, AND HE COULD BE ON THE SCORESHEET! 🎯⚽🔴
