Manchester United could be preparing a sensational transfer raid for Como wonderkid Nico Paz as the club reportedly considers life without captain Bruno Fernandes! 😳🔴
The Red Devils are reportedly keeping a close eye on the Argentine attacking midfielder, who has emerged as one of the most exciting young talents in European football.
Paz has been making headlines with his outstanding performances for Como, reportedly contributing 9 goals and 9 assists this season. His creativity, technical quality, ability to find space and incredible vision have made him a player worth watching for Europe’s biggest clubs. 🇦🇷🔥
Interestingly, United have already experienced his quality the hard way!
During Como’s stunning 4-1 Champions League victory over Manchester United, Paz produced a sensational performance, scoring twice and providing an assist. He completely troubled United’s defence and showed exactly why so many clubs are keeping tabs on him. 😭⚽
According to transfer reports, Manchester United could view the 22-year-old as a potential long-term replacement if Bruno Fernandes decides to leave Old Trafford.
However, there is a major obstacle standing in United’s way.
REAL MADRID ARE STILL IN THE PICTURE! 👀
The Spanish giants reportedly have an €80 million buy-back option that allows them to bring their former academy graduate back to the Santiago Bernabéu in 2027.
Real Madrid officially confirmed that Paz would remain at Como for the 2026/27 campaign, with the buy-back arrangement applying to the following season. Real Madrid +1
There is another problem for United: Como reportedly have no intention of allowing their prized asset to leave in January. Reports suggest the Italian club could demand more than €100 million to even consider a mid-season sale. Yahoo Sports +1
For Manchester United, this could become a fascinating transfer situation. Paz has the potential to become an outstanding creative midfielder, but replacing a player like Bruno Fernandes is never going to be an easy assignment.
Imagine Nico Paz pulling the strings in United’s midfield at Old Trafford! 🤯🔥
UNITED FANS, WHAT WOULD YOU CHOOSE?
Would you welcome Nico Paz as Bruno Fernandes’ replacement, or should Manchester United do everything possible to keep their captain?
