Vinícius Júnior Set to Earn 30% More Than Kylian Mbappé at Real Madrid with New Contract Demands

Vinícius Júnior, Real Madrid’s Brazilian forward, is in the midst of contract renewal discussions that could see him earn significantly more than his teammate, Kylian Mbappé.

Currently under contract until 2027, the 24-year-old has reportedly asked for a substantial salary increase, with sources indicating that he is seeking an annual net salary of over €25 million. This figure would place him ahead of Mbappé, whose reported net salary is €15 million per season.

Vinícius has been a key player for Real Madrid, contributing 9 goals and 5 assists in 20 La Liga appearances during the 2024/2025 season, averaging 0.77 goal involvements per 90 minutes. His form has made him indispensable to the team, especially as Real Madrid continues to pursue domestic and international titles.

Despite receiving lucrative offers from Saudi Arabian clubs, including a reported €1 billion five-year deal, Vinícius has reiterated his desire to stay at Real Madrid and achieve more success with the club.

Real Madrid is aware of Vinícius’s value and is actively working to finalize his contract extension, ensuring that he remains a cornerstone of their future plans.
