**Chelsea Star Cole Palmer Attracting Interest from Manchester City and Liverpool Ahead of Summer Move**

Liverpool are reportedly exploring a shock move for Chelsea attacking midfielder Cole Palmer, according to journalist Simon Phillips.

Since joining Chelsea last season, Palmer has been outstanding, netting 34 goals in 89 appearances and establishing himself as a world-class talent. Previously at Manchester City, Palmer struggled for first-team opportunities, but Chelsea’s gamble on the young Englishman has clearly paid off.

Now, as per Phillips, both Palmer’s former club Manchester City and Liverpool have shown interest in signing him this summer. City are said to have already made an enquiry, while Liverpool are also monitoring the situation closely.

Despite the growing interest, Phillips suggests that Chelsea are unlikely to part ways with Palmer, who has been called “incredible” by club legend John Terry in a *Sun* interview.

Palmer would undoubtedly be a major addition for Liverpool, who may be seeking reinforcements to upgrade on the inconsistent form of Luis Díaz, Cody Gakpo, and the injury concerns surrounding Diogo Jota.
