The best forward in the world at the moment wants to join Liverpool.

Liverpool Joins the Race to Sign World-Class Forward

Liverpool’s board has officially entered negotiations to sign Omar Marmoush, the prolific striker from Eintracht Frankfurt, who is currently enjoying a standout season in the Bundesliga with 11 goals and 7 assists.

According to German media, the Egyptian forward has decided to join Liverpool despite significant interest from several top European clubs. One major factor in his decision is his national team captain, Mohamed Salah, a key player for Jurgen Klopp’s side, whose success at Liverpool could serve as an inspiration for Marmoush, much like it did for Salah when he joined the club in 2017.

Marmoush’s exceptional form has helped Eintracht Frankfurt claim third place in the Bundesliga ahead of the November international break. Additionally, the 25-year-old has been outstanding across other competitions, netting 14 goals and providing 10 assists in just 16 games this season.

Interestingly, Marmoush is one of the few players to reach both 10+ goals and 10+ assists in the 2024/25 season, joining Mohamed Salah in this exclusive club. This makes his potential arrival at Liverpool even more enticing, with many believing he could be a key contributor to the team’s future success.

Recent reports indicate that Eintracht Frankfurt will demand between €50 million and €60 million to part with their star forward. While Liverpool’s summer transfer window wasn’t as active as other Premier League teams, signing Marmoush would be seen as a major coup for the club.

Marmoush’s journey in Europe began in 2017 with Wolfsburg, where he spent seven years before moving to Frankfurt in 2023. During his final season at Wolfsburg, he scored 12 goals and registered 6 assists in 29 appearances, continuing to impress with his performances.

The striker has also showcased his talent on the international stage, starting every match for Egypt in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, further cementing his reputation as a key player for both club and country.

While the transfer saga is still unfolding, Liverpool fans are already optimistic that their club could secure a world-class talent in Marmoush, a player who could bring excitement and quality to Anfield.
