Barcelona are preparing to open formal talks with Raphinha over a new contract, according to Fabrizio Romano. 📝🔥
The Brazilian winger has completely transformed his status at Barça. After previously being linked with a possible departure, Raphinha is now one of the most important figures in Hansi Flick’s team — and his influence is only growing. 💪🇧🇷
Raphinha has started the 2026/27 campaign in sensational fashion, finding the net six times in his first four LaLiga appearances before adding a brace in Barcelona’s 5-1 Champions League victory over Feyenoord. ⚽🔥
Even more impressive, Flick has successfully reinvented him in a central attacking role, allowing Raphinha to attack the box more frequently while using his pace, pressing and movement to cause chaos for defenders. 😮💨💥
His importance has also been recognised inside the dressing room. Flick personally selected Raphinha among Barcelona’s leading captains for the new season, highlighting the Brazilian’s growing leadership and influence. 🫡👑
And there’s another major reason Barça want him to stay: Raphinha is reportedly very happy at the club. ❤️💙 Negotiations are expected to progress in the coming weeks, with Barcelona looking to secure the future of a player whose current deal runs until 2028.
From a player once considered a potential sale to generate funds… to captain, goal machine and one of Flick’s most trusted stars. 🔥
Raphinha’s Barça story is getting better and better. 🚀🔵🔴
CULERS, SHOULD RAPHINHA FINISH HIS CAREER AT BARCELONA? ❤️💙👇
