LIVERPOOL WANT MICHAEL OLISE! THE SAGA COULD BE HEATING UP!

Liverpool could be keeping a close eye on Michael Olise as they look for a long-term attacking star on the right side. With Mohamed Salah no longer at the club, the Bayern Munich winger has been mentioned as one of the names who could potentially fill that huge role.

Olise has developed into one of Europe’s most exciting attacking players since joining Bayern from Crystal Palace in 2024. His numbers have been outstanding, with the French international producing goals and assists at a remarkable rate for the Bundesliga giants.

Liverpool’s admiration for Olise is not new. The Reds have been linked with him before, and reports in 2026 again connected the winger with a possible move to Anfield. Liverpool themselves have acknowledged that such reports are media speculation rather than confirmation of a club bid.

BUT HERE IS WHERE THINGS GET INTERESTING…

Bayern have repeatedly made it clear that Olise is extremely important to them. However, CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen recently stopped short of guaranteeing that the 24-year-old will remain in Munich beyond next summer. He said Bayern would have to discuss Olise’s long-term future again next summer.

That does NOT mean Bayern are planning to sell him. Olise is under contract until 2029, and Bayern have previously rejected talk of offers for him. But the door for a future transfer has been left slightly open.

And that could put Liverpool on alert.

Olise’s ability to create chances, carry the ball, score goals and operate from the right wing makes him an obvious name to watch as Liverpool continue building their post-Salah attack.

The big question is simple…

Could Michael Olise eventually become Liverpool’s next superstar on the right wing?

The 2027 transfer window could be one to watch very closely.
