Lamine Yamal is once again putting up numbers that show just how special his game has become. The Barcelona superstar has reached a remarkable milestone in Europe’s top five leagues this season, combining elite dribbling with outstanding creativity.
Yamal is currently the ONLY player to have completed 25+ successful take-ons while also creating 25+ chances this season. 😱🔥
His numbers reportedly stand at 30 successful take-ons and 27 chances created, showing that he is not simply a player who beats defenders for fun. He is also turning those moments of individual brilliance into real opportunities for his teammates.
That combination is what makes Yamal so dangerous. Defenders have to worry about him running at them, cutting inside and creating space, but they also have to be ready for the final pass when he breaks through.
And this is becoming a familiar story for the Barça star. Squawka’s data from last season also highlighted his exceptional ability in both chance creation and take-ons, with Yamal finishing among Europe’s elite for both categories.
At just 19, the Barcelona winger is already producing the kind of numbers that separate game-changers from ordinary attackers. He can dribble, create, score and unlock defensive blocks from almost anywhere in the final third.
Barcelona fans have every reason to be excited. The kid isn’t just entertaining anymore… he is dominating games with numbers to match the hype.
The scary part? There could still be another level waiting to come.
