Alessandro Bastoni remains open to the possibility of joining FC Barcelona, with the Inter Milan centre-back reportedly still interested in a potential move to the Catalan giants.
However, there is one important condition that could determine whether this transfer becomes a reality: Hansi Flick must personally give the green light! 👀
Barcelona have been exploring defensive reinforcements as they look to build a stronger and more reliable backline. Bastoni’s name is particularly interesting because of his experience, composure on the ball, tactical intelligence and ability to contribute to the team’s build-up play.
The Italian international could offer Flick another high-quality option at centre-back, especially given Barcelona’s preference for defenders who are comfortable playing from the back.
But would Flick push for his arrival? And could Barcelona find a way to negotiate a deal with Inter?
This is certainly a situation worth watching as the transfer window approaches. Nothing is confirmed yet, but Bastoni’s reported openness to the move could be an important starting point. 🔥
Culers, imagine Bastoni partnering Pau Cubarsí in Barcelona’s defence! 😍🔵🔴
