Anfield witnessed another rollercoaster as Liverpool battled Nottingham Forest to a dramatic 2️⃣-2️⃣ draw! ⚽🔥 The Reds were forced to fight back TWICE, showing incredible character when the pressure was at its highest.
Forest struck first through Dan Ndoye, exposing Liverpool’s shaky start, but the Reds came roaring back after the break. Alexander Isak finally got himself on the scoresheet with a close-range finish to bring Liverpool level! 💥🇸🇪
But the drama was far from over! 😳 Morgan Gibbs-White restored Forest’s lead from the penalty spot, leaving Liverpool staring at another frustrating defeat at Anfield.
Then came the moment that sent the stadium into madness! 🤯🔥 Víctor Muñoz stepped up with a sensational strike to rescue Liverpool once again, scoring his first goal for the club and earning the Reds a crucial point! 🚀🔴
It wasn’t perfect. The defensive problems were obvious, the slow start was frustrating, and Liverpool will know they need to become far more consistent. But the fighting spirit? 🔥🔥🔥
Twice behind. Twice they responded.
That mentality could prove massive as Andoni Iraola continues to shape his Liverpool side. ❤️🔥🔴
WHAT A GAME! WHAT A FIGHT! WHAT A FINISH! 😮💨🔥
