Lacey scored his first senior Manchester United goal against Brighton, giving supporters another glimpse of what he can offer. His emergence also gives Carrick another attacking option at a time when injuries are beginning to affect his selection choices.
🚨 AMAD, HOWEVER, IS A BIG MISS
The Ivorian winger has been one of United’s technical attacking options, but current team-news reports list him among the players unavailable for the Fulham fixture because of an ankle injury.
That absence could put even more responsibility on Bryan Mbeumo, Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford and Matheus Cunha to provide creativity and attacking threat.

Luke Shaw has missed United’s last three matches after picking up a knock during the 2-2 draw with Everton. Carrick had not ruled him out of the Fulham match, and Shaw travelled with the squad, but his final involvement remained dependent on his fitness assessment.
