Football has given us another special family story, and the Bellingham brothers are determined to make their own mark on the beautiful game!
From Birmingham City to Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid, Jude and Jobe Bellingham are writing a football story that could become one of the most fascinating sibling legacies in modern football.
But here is the interesting part: although they share the same surname, they are developing two very different football identities.
JUDE BELLINGHAM: THE ESTABLISHED SUPERSTAR
At just 23, Jude has already achieved what countless footballers spend their entire careers dreaming about.
After announcing himself at Birmingham City and becoming a sensation at Borussia Dortmund, Jude made the blockbuster move to Real Madrid in 2023.
He wasted absolutely no time proving his worth, becoming one of Madrid’s most influential players and helping the Spanish giants win major trophies, including the Champions League and LaLiga.
His incredible combination of strength, intelligence, technical ability, goalscoring instincts and leadership makes him one of the most complete midfielders of his generation.
Jude is no longer simply a promising young midfielder. He is an established superstar with the responsibility of delivering on football’s biggest stages.
JOBE BELLINGHAM: THE NEXT BIG THING?
Now comes the younger brother!
Jobe has followed a remarkably similar journey, progressing through Birmingham City before developing at Sunderland and eventually earning a move to Borussia Dortmund in June 2025.
The 21-year-old midfielder has already demonstrated that he has the physical qualities, technical ability and football intelligence to compete at a high level.
During his debut season at Dortmund, he made 49 appearances across competitions, registering one goal and five assists.
But what makes Jobe particularly exciting is his versatility. He can operate as a box-to-box midfielder, contribute defensively and drive forward to support attacks.
He is also determined to establish his own identity rather than spend his career being known simply as Jude Bellingham’s younger brother.
And that is exactly why his development deserves serious attention!
JUDE VS JOBE: WHO HAS THE HIGHER CEILING?
Jude currently has the advantage in almost every major category. His experience, achievements, consistency and performances at the highest level put him comfortably ahead.
However, Jobe has something equally important: time to develop, improve and discover just how good he can become.
The younger Bellingham should not be judged solely against his brother. He deserves the opportunity to build his own legacy without carrying the impossible burden of matching Jude’s achievements immediately.
Imagine both brothers becoming central figures for England in the coming years. That would be an incredible football story!
THE BIG QUESTION FOR FOOTBALL FANS!
If you were building a team for the future, which Bellingham would you choose?
JUDE BELLINGHAM – The proven superstar who has conquered the biggest stages.
JOBE BELLINGHAM – The developing talent with enormous potential and plenty of room to grow.
WHO HAS THE HIGHER POTENTIAL: JUDE OR JOBE?
