Ever since I agreed to stop playing, I’ve been fine. I am comfortable with this decision, so I will not miss football. When I say sometimes I’m disappointed not to be on the pitch, it’s mostly because of the experience and what I can do. But it’s not like I miss playing. I have good colleagues and I work with experienced people who help me, so we are a great team. We are young, hungry, with big ambitions and a big vision, and nobody is satisfied until we get what we want, which is to win.
