Luís Castro is under no illusion about the challenge waiting for Levante — and he’s ready to throw everything at Barcelona! 💪⚽
Speaking ahead of the clash, the Levante boss made it clear that his team is prepared to defend with every player behind the ball if that’s what it takes to stop Barça’s attacking machine. 🧱😤
🗣️ Luís Castro:
“If we have to defend with 10 men inside the box for every second of the game, we will do it. We know what Barcelona can do, and we have to be ready.”
But Castro also made one thing crystal clear: Levante cannot afford to collapse. 😱
The coach referenced the heavy defeats suffered by other teams against Barcelona, insisting that his players must remain compact, disciplined and prepared to suffer until the final whistle.
🔥 Suffer. Fight. Stay compact.
That is Levante’s plan.
But with Barcelona’s attacking firepower, the big question is whether even a deep defensive block will be enough to keep Barça quiet. 👀🔵🔴
Can Levante stop Barcelona from scoring? Or are they simply delaying the inevitable? 😳
