Manchester United are set to return to Premier League action with Tottenham Hotspur visiting Old Trafford on Saturday, October 10, at 17:30 BST. The fixture has been selected for live television coverage.
👀 MICHAEL CARRICK vs ROBERTO DE ZERBI
Two very different coaching approaches will collide as Carrick’s United look to get their campaign moving again, while De Zerbi’s Tottenham arrive looking to turn their own difficult start around.
United have had an extended break because of the international schedule, meaning this match represents their first competitive game since the September fixtures. The club says Carrick’s side will be looking to return to winning ways at Old Trafford.
🔥 THE PRESSURE IS ON!
United’s next four Premier League fixtures are Tottenham at home, Leeds away, Bournemouth at home and Chelsea away, so the October schedule is about to become extremely busy.
And Spurs won’t be coming to Manchester simply to defend. De Zerbi’s side have undergone significant changes and are looking for improvement after a difficult opening run.
